Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Product prices generally do not include shipping fees. Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight, plus destination country or region.

Note

*Dedicated Air Line: Duties may not be included for some European and South American countries. Details will be specified in your shipping invoice.

Important

All delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier schedules, holidays, or other unforeseen factors. Chinese holidays (e.g., Chinese New Year, National Day) may impact warehouse operations and shipping times.

Customs & Duties Responsibility

For shipping methods that do not include duties (Express and Land Transport), you are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable duties or taxes. If customs clearance fails due to unpaid duties or incomplete documentation, resulting in the package being returned or destroyed, all costs and losses are borne by the buyer.

Customs procedures in the following regions can be complex. Please ensure you have import experience and can independently handle clearance before placing an order:

Shipping Fee Payment

Due to the nature of collectible statues, exact weight and dimensions are unknown until the product is manufactured and arrives at our warehouse.

Payment Process

When your item arrives at our warehouse, we will weigh and measure it.

You will receive a shipping invoice via email (or WhatsApp if specified in your order notes) listing: available shipping methods, exact dimensions and weight, shipping cost for each option, and whether duties are included.

Select your preferred method and complete payment.
Shipping Quote Validity

Quotes are valid for 7 days. After expiration, quotes may need to be recalculated based on current carrier rates.

Warehouse Services

Inspection & Reinforcement

Upon arrival at our warehouse, all products undergo a condition assessment. If the original packaging is insufficient, we will apply reinforced packaging before dispatch.

Optional Paid Services

The following additional services are available upon request (fees apply):

  • Detailed unboxing inspection
  • Photo and video documentation
  • Extra protective materials (foam, bubble wrap, etc.)
  • Custom packaging requests

Warehouse Storage Fees

If you fail to arrange shipping within 30 days and do not respond to our communications, Collector Figures reserves the right to dispose of the product. All payments made are non-refundable.

Extension Requests

If you need additional storage time beyond the standard period, please contact us. Extensions may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Order Consolidation

You may combine multiple orders into a single shipment to save on shipping costs.

  • Same recipient name
  • Same shipping address

What Can Be Combined

  • Multiple pre-orders
  • Pre-order + in-stock items

Fees & Waiting Period

There is no consolidation fee. Shipping will be recalculated based on optimal combined packaging. Storage fees apply for items waiting beyond the 7-day free period, capped at 10% of the product price for items awaiting consolidation. Items held for consolidation are exempt from the 30-day disposal rule, but storage fees will continue to accrue until the cap is reached.

No Maximum Wait Time

There is no maximum waiting period for consolidation. However, storage fees will accrue after the 7-day free period until the 10% product price cap is reached.

Shipping Insurance

Resin statues are fragile. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Shipping Process

Warehouse Arrival Notification — We contact you via email (or WhatsApp if requested) with photos of your product.

Shipping Invoice — You receive a detailed invoice with shipping options, costs, and delivery estimates.

Payment & Dispatch — Express: 1–2 business days after payment. Dedicated Air Line: 1–3 business days. Sea Freight: based on next available vessel schedule.

Tracking Information — Tracking number sent via email after dispatch. For sea freight, we provide the destination country’s last-mile tracking number. Tracking may not update during ocean transit and will begin after customs clearance in your country.

Delivery & Signature

All deliveries require an in-person signature upon receipt. If delivery fails due to no one being available to sign and the package is returned to sender, all additional costs (return shipping, re-delivery, and storage) are the customer’s responsibility.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of ordering. Collector Figures is not responsible for any delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Address Changes

  • Before shipping: Contact us as soon as possible to update your address.
  • After shipping: Address changes may not be possible or may incur additional carrier fees.

Damage Claims & Insurance

Claim Requirements

To file a damage claim, all of the following must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery:

  • Complete, continuous unboxing video — from the sealed outer box through all internal packaging to final product inspection
  • Clear photos of the damage
Important

Without complete video evidence, carriers may deny claims and we may be unable to assist with compensation. The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost during transit, we will process a refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. If you purchased shipping insurance, claims will be filed with the carrier on your behalf.

Shipping Delays

Collector Figures is not responsible for delays caused by carrier operational issues, weather conditions, customs inspections, flight or vessel schedule changes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Chinese public holidays (Chinese New Year, National Day, etc.) may affect warehouse operations and shipping schedules. We will notify customers of any expected delays during these periods.

Goodwill Compensation

In cases of significant delay, we may offer store credit or points as a goodwill gesture. This is determined on a case-by-case basis and is not a guaranteed entitlement.

Prohibited Destinations

If a product is available for pre-order or purchase on our site, we can ship it to your location. Specific restrictions, if any, will be noted on the product page.
