Collector Figures strives to provide accurate descriptions, images, prices, scales, materials, estimated release information, and status notes.
Minor variations may occur due to studio updates, manufacturing changes, prototype differences, final paint decisions, display settings, or translation and formatting adjustments.
Third-party products
Products sold on the Site are manufactured by third-party studios, brands, makers, or manufacturers.
Collector Figures is not the studio that designs or manufactures the product. Studio-side production speed, final product outcome, and schedule changes are not fully controlled by Collector Figures.
IP disclaimer
Collector Figures does not claim ownership of character copyrights, trademarks, logos, names, or related intellectual property associated with third-party products.
All character names, logos, brands, and related imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
Pricing
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
Unless expressly stated on the product page or promotion, product prices do not include international shipping, taxes, customs duties, or destination-side fees.
Orders & payments
Order acceptance, payment handling, pre-order deposits, balances, payment plans, and later shipping charges depend on the product page, selected payment option, and related Collector Figures policies.
Right to refuse or cancel
Collector Figures may refuse, cancel, or review an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, policy violations, or other order-risk concerns.
Order information
You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, shipping, and account information. Collector Figures may request verification if required for order safety or payment review.
Checkout payment
Payment is due at checkout unless the product page or selected payment option states otherwise. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Collector Figures does not store full card details on its servers.
Pre-orders and balances
For pre-orders, available options may include full payment, deposit, or payment plan when shown. Deposits, balances, payment-plan fees, payment deadlines, and cancellation rules are controlled by the product page and the Pre-Order Policy.
Shipping payment
International shipping is normally charged separately after warehouse arrival or shipping preparation, based on the actual package size, weight, destination, and available shipping methods.

Shipping & delivery
Shipping times, shipping prices, and delivery dates are estimates unless Collector Figures expressly confirms a specific arrangement in writing for a specific order.
Delivery timing is not fixed
Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Delays may occur due to production timing, warehouse handling, customs, carrier issues, holidays, weather, inspections, or unforeseen circumstances.
Accurate details are required
You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Collector Figures is not liable for delays, failed delivery, loss, extra fees, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
Shipping is normally quoted later
Shipping is usually quoted after warehouse arrival or shipping preparation, based on actual package size, weight, destination, and available shipping methods.

Returns & refunds
Returns, refunds, cancellations, abandoned pre-orders, damage claims, lost packages, and after-sales support are handled under separate policy pages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may apply only to the extent legally permitted.
Force majeure
Collector Figures is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

This includes claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Site, your order activity, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, your misuse of Site content, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Miscellaneous
These final provisions explain how the Terms work together with other Collector Figures policies and how the Terms are interpreted if one part is not enforceable.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.

No waiver
Collector Figures failure to enforce a provision at one time does not waive the right to enforce that provision later.
