Pre-Order Policy for GK & Resin Statues
Collector Figures pre-orders are not the same as buying an in-stock item. Most GK and resin statue pre-orders are produced by third-party studios after collectors place orders.
Your payment helps secure a production slot, and the final delivery schedule depends on the studio’s production progress. Please read this policy before placing a pre-order. By completing payment, you agree to the terms below.

How Collector Figures Pre-Orders Work
A pre-order lets you reserve a GK or resin statue before it is completed by the studio. Collector Figures records your order, follows production updates, and contacts you when action is needed.
You complete the required payment shown on the product page.
Collector Figures records your order and tracks available studio or supply-channel production information.
The production schedule depends on the studio, not Collector Figures. Estimated release dates are studio estimates only.
After production, the item moves toward Collector Figures warehouse arrival or shipping preparation.
Collector Figures contacts you for balance payment, shipping choice, and shipping fee when the item is ready for the next step.
After required payments are completed, the item is packed and shipped to you.

Payment Plans
Collector Figures offers two payment plans for eligible pre-order items. Available payment options depend on the product page.

The product price shown on a pre-order page does not include international shipping.
GK and resin statues often have large boxes, variable packing weight, and different shipping options by destination.
Shipping is quoted separately after the item arrives at the Collector Figures warehouse.
The quote is based on actual package size, weight, destination, and available routes.

24-Hour Cancellation Window
The cancellation window starts from payment confirmation. It does not start from the time you add the product to cart, place the order, or receive a later message.
If you request cancellation within 24 hours of payment confirmation, your eligible payment can be refunded.
The non-refundable payment processing fee is deducted from the refund.
Payment processing fees are charged by payment providers and are not returned to Collector Figures.
This is why the eligible refund is reduced by the applicable processing fee.
Cancellation After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour window has passed, cancellation rules depend on the payment plan selected for the pre-order.

Payment Plan 2 cancellation does not mean every installment is refundable. The non-refundable portion is capped according to the rules above.
Balance Payment & Communication
When your pre-order item is ready for balance payment and shipping, Collector Figures will contact you by email and/or WhatsApp.
The balance stage may include remaining product balance, shipping fee, available methods, optional insurance, and warehouse storage notice.
You must respond within 30 days after receiving the balance payment notification.
If you do not respond within 30 days, Collector Figures may treat the order as lost contact.
Collector Figures may cancel the remaining order process, dispose of, resell, or otherwise handle the item, and deposits or installment payments already made may be non-refundable.
Keep your email address and WhatsApp number up to date.
If you expect to be unavailable, contact Collector Figures before the balance stage so possible arrangements can be reviewed.
Collector Figures is not required to hold an item indefinitely after required notices have been sent.
Warehouse handling, storage, shipping preparation, and supplier deadlines can affect how long an item can be held.
Studio Cancellation and Production Delays
Collector Figures can help organize the buying process and share available updates, but Collector Figures does not control studio production speed, final production outcome, or every schedule change.
If the studio cancels production and your affected pre-order cannot be fulfilled, Collector Figures will refund payments made for that affected pre-order according to this policy.
Production delay alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation or refund. GK and resin statue production may be delayed by sculpting changes, factory scheduling, painting revisions, packaging adjustments, licensing issues, logistics, or other production factors.
Collector Figures will share available updates when the studio or supply channel provides them. Estimated release dates should not be treated as fixed delivery dates.
Studio cancellation rules apply to confirmed studio cancellation or production failure. They do not mean all other cancellation requests qualify for a full refund.
Order Consolidation, Transfers, and Refund Processing
Some order changes can be reviewed before shipment, but they depend on warehouse timing, package data, account ownership, and payment route.
