Collector Figures FAQs

Find answers about Collector Figures pre-orders, payments, shipping quotes, customs, tracking, damage claims, refunds, rewards, and support.

Collector Figures sells GK, resin statues, licensed statues, and collectible figures to overseas collectors. Many listings are pre-order items, so payment timing, production updates, balance notices, warehouse arrival, and shipping quotes may work differently from standard in-stock retail orders.

01

First-Time Buyers

These answers explain how GK and resin statue pre-orders differ from standard retail purchases.

What should I know before ordering a GK or resin statue?

Many GK and resin statue listings are pre-order products. Before ordering, check the product status, estimated release information, scale, material, payment option, deposit or balance rules, and shipping note on the product page. If you are new to this market, read the First-Time Buyer’s Guide before checkout.

Are all Collector Figures products GK statues?

No. Collector Figures may list GK statues, resin statues, licensed statues, collectible figures, and smaller display figures. Always read the individual product page for product type, studio or brand name, scale, material, status, and payment option.

Is a pre-order ready to ship?

No. A pre-order means the product is open for reservation or still moving through the studio release process. It is not ready-to-ship inventory unless the product page clearly says the item is in stock.

What is the difference between Pre-Order, Released, and In-Stock?

Pre-Order means the product is open for reservation. Released means the product has reached a release or production-completion stage from the studio side, but it does not automatically mean Collector Figures has ready stock. In-Stock means the product is currently available through Collector Figures or a relevant stock source, subject to package handling and shipping arrangements.

Should I buy a pre-order for a fixed-date gift?

Pre-orders are not suitable for birthdays, holidays, anniversaries, or events where arrival must happen by a specific date. Estimated release information is a studio-side projection, not a confirmed delivery date. If timing matters, start with an In-Stock product and confirm availability and shipping timing before ordering.

02

Payments & Cancellations

Payment options vary by product page. These answers cover full payment, deposit, final balance, and the 5-month payment plan.

What payment options are available?

Available options depend on the product page. A listing may support full payment, deposit with later balance, or a 5-month payment plan. Check the product page before ordering, and read the Payment Plans page for the full explanation.

Does the product price include international shipping?

In most cases, no. Product prices usually do not include international shipping. Shipping is quoted after warehouse arrival or shipping preparation based on package size, weight, destination, and available shipping methods.

Can I refund a deposit?

For standard deposit orders, the deposit can be refunded within 24 hours after payment. After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable because Collector Figures may have already committed the reservation through the relevant order channel. Product-specific terms may also apply.

Does the 5-month payment plan include a fee?

Yes. The 5-month payment plan includes a 5% handling fee, so the total product payment becomes 105% of the product price. International shipping is still quoted separately later.

Can I change my payment method after ordering?

Contact Collector Figures before the balance stage if you need to review a payment change. Some changes may not be available after the order is placed, especially when product-specific rules, studio-side deadlines, or payment plan terms apply.

Can I cancel a pre-order because production is delayed?

Production delays do not automatically make a pre-order refundable. Collector Figures follows the Pre-Order Policy and product-specific terms. If a studio cancels production, affected pre-order payments are handled according to the applicable policy path.

03

Orders & Pre-Orders

Use these answers for order confirmation, old order references, balance notices, production updates, and pre-order status questions.

How do I confirm that Collector Figures received my order?

After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. You can also check your account Orders page if you created or used an account. Keep the order number for support questions.

I cannot find my order number. What should I do?

Check your confirmation email, spam or junk folder, and account Orders page first. If you still cannot find it, contact Collector Figures with the account email used at checkout, product name, approximate order date, and any old order reference you have. Older order references may have changed after a system update, so support may need those details to locate the order.

My product status says Released, but I have not received a balance notice. Why?

A Released status can reflect a studio-side release or production-completion stage. It does not always mean Collector Figures has received your item or that your balance notice is ready. Wait for the Collector Figures balance notice, or contact support with your order number if you need Collector Figures to check the case.

What is balance payment?

Balance payment is the remaining product payment after a deposit order. It is separate from the shipping quote. Collector Figures contacts buyers when the relevant balance stage is reached.

What happens if I do not respond to a balance notice?

If you do not respond to required payment notices or Collector Figures communications, the order may be reviewed according to the Pre-Order Policy and the actual case. Long non-response may lead to the order being treated as lost contact or abandoned, and payments already made may be non-refundable in that situation.

What if a studio cancels production?

If a studio cancels production, Collector Figures will review affected orders and follow the applicable pre-order policy path. Contact support with your order number if you believe your order is affected.

04

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping for resin statues often depends on final package data, destination, carrier rules, and current route availability.

Why is shipping quoted later?

Many statues have large, irregular, or protective packaging. Final cost depends on actual package size, actual or volumetric weight, destination country or region, and available routes. That information is usually confirmed after warehouse arrival or shipping preparation.

How is shipping cost calculated?

Shipping is based on actual package measurements, weight, volumetric weight when applicable, destination, available shipping methods, duty handling, consolidation, reinforcement, and optional insurance requests. The final invoice follows the actual warehouse quote.

Which shipping methods are available?

Available methods may include express, dedicated air line, sea freight with local delivery, land transport, or destination-specific routes. Exact options depend on item size, destination, carrier rules, seasonal conditions, and current route availability. See the Shipping Policy for details.

How long is a shipping quote valid?

Shipping quotes are valid for 7 days. After that, carrier rates may change and the quote may need to be recalculated.

Can I combine multiple orders into one shipment?

You may request consolidation when eligible items are at the warehouse. Consolidation can reduce shipping cost in some cases, but it is not always cheaper because large boxes may increase volumetric weight. Same recipient name, same shipping address, item eligibility, storage timing, and final package measurements all matter.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Shipping insurance is optional and strongly recommended for high-value, large, fragile, or complex resin statues. Insurance does not mean every issue will be automatically compensated. Claims depend on evidence, timing, carrier or insurer review, insurance status, and the type of damage or loss.

05

Customs, Duties & Address

Duties, clearance, address accuracy, and signature availability can affect delivery after dispatch.

Who pays customs duties and taxes?

Duties and taxes depend on destination country, declared value, product category, local customs rules, and selected shipping method. If the selected route does not include duties, the buyer is responsible for duties, taxes, VAT, GST, carrier collection fees, and local clearance requirements.

Which shipping methods include duties?

Only methods marked as duty-included on your shipping invoice should be treated as duty-included. Express and land transport usually do not include duties. Dedicated air line or sea freight routes may include duties only when the invoice specifically says so.

What if customs asks me to pay duties or provide documents?

If your selected route does not include duties, you are responsible for responding to customs or carrier notices, paying applicable fees, and providing required identity or clearance documents. Contact Collector Figures if you are not sure how the selected shipping route was described on your invoice.

What if customs clearance fails?

If clearance fails because the buyer does not pay duties, does not provide documents, refuses delivery, or cannot complete local clearance, the buyer is responsible for return fees, re-shipping costs, storage costs, disposal costs, and related losses.

Can I change my shipping address?

Address changes may be possible before dispatch. After dispatch, address changes may not be possible or may require additional carrier fees. Contact Collector Figures as early as possible with your order number and the complete corrected address.

06

Damage, Returns & Refunds

Damage and refund cases depend on timing, evidence, insurance, carrier or studio process, and the Return & Refund Policy.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged?

Contact Collector Figures within 72 hours of delivery. Send your order number, delivery date, tracking number if available, clear photos of the outer box, clear photos of all damaged areas, and a complete continuous unboxing video from the sealed outer box.

Why is an unboxing video required for damage claims?

The video helps show the package condition before opening and the item condition during unpacking. A video that starts after the package has already been opened may not clearly prove when the damage occurred, so it may not support the claim.

What outcomes are possible after a damage review?

Possible outcomes may include replacement parts, repair support, carrier or insurance claim, partial compensation, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation. Collector Figures reviews the case according to available evidence, insurance status, carrier or studio process, and the Return & Refund Policy.

What counts as minor variation?

Minor paint differences, small cosmetic variations, normal manufacturing variation, or differences between early promotional images and final production may not automatically be treated as transport damage or a return reason. Collector Figures reviews the actual case and evidence.

How long does refund review take?

Refund review timing depends on the case details, evidence, payment method, carrier or insurance process, and policy path. After a refund is approved and processed, the payment provider or bank controls the final posting time.

What if my package appears lost?

Contact Collector Figures with your order number and tracking information. Collector Figures will help check the shipment status and may contact the carrier or shipping provider. A package is treated as lost only after the carrier or shipping provider confirms the loss, or after the applicable investigation process is completed.

07

Tracking & Email Issues

These questions come from common support emails about tracking updates, shipping invoices, order references, and reply timing.

My tracking number is not updating. What should I do?

If the package was just dispatched, tracking may take 24 to 48 hours to appear. For sea freight or routes with local last-mile delivery, the final tracking number may not update during ocean transit and may become active after customs clearance or local handover. Contact Collector Figures with your order number and tracking number if the result stays unclear.

I paid one shipping invoice but have multiple orders. Are the others included?

Not automatically. Multiple orders may require separate shipping invoices unless Collector Figures confirms consolidation. Check the invoice details, your email inbox, and spam or junk folder. If you want Collector Figures to review multiple orders together, contact support with all relevant order numbers.

I received a warehouse or shipping email but cannot find the invoice.

Check your inbox, spam, junk, promotions, and account email first. If you still cannot find the invoice, contact Collector Figures with your order number and the email address used at checkout so support can check the shipping payment status.

Why did support take longer to reply?

Reply timing can be affected by weekends, public holidays, high-volume periods, missing order details, or cases that require warehouse, carrier, studio, or payment review. To reduce back-and-forth, include your order number, account email, product name, and the specific issue in your first message.

Can Collector Figures check a shipping or payment message I missed?

Yes. Contact Collector Figures with your order number, account email, and the message type you are looking for, such as balance notice, shipping invoice, payment confirmation, or tracking information. Support can help check the current order communication path.

08

Account, Rewards & Support

Use these answers for account help, support details, order transfer questions, and Crystals rewards.

How do I contact Collector Figures support?

You can contact Collector Figures by email at support@collectorfigures.com or by WhatsApp at this WhatsApp contact link. Use WhatsApp for quick checks and email for formal requests, damage claims, refund reviews, account requests, or anything that needs photos, video, or documents.

What should I include when contacting support?

Include your order number, account email, product name, product page link if helpful, tracking number for shipment questions, and clear photos or video for claim cases. A short description of what you need Collector Figures to check helps support respond faster.

Can I transfer my order to another person?

No. Orders cannot be transferred to another person. This helps protect account ownership, payment records, support history, and order responsibility.

How do Crystals rewards work?

Crystals are Collector Figures rewards points. Earning, redemption, and reward availability depend on the current rewards program rules. Read the Crystals & Rewards page for the current public explanation.

Where can I check my rewards or account details?

Use your account area to check available account information, orders, and rewards features when they are available. If something looks unclear, contact Collector Figures with your account email and a screenshot of the issue.

09

Disputes & Chargebacks

Contact Collector Figures before opening a payment dispute so the order, shipping, claim, or refund path can be reviewed directly where possible.

What should I do before opening a dispute or chargeback?

Contact Collector Figures first with your order number, account email, payment information, and a clear description of the issue. Many order, shipping, balance, tracking, or claim questions can be reviewed more directly through support before a payment platform case is opened.

What happens after a PayPal or card dispute is opened?

Once a dispute or chargeback is opened, the case may need to follow the payment platform or card provider process. That can limit some direct resolution options while the platform reviews the case, evidence, transaction details, and applicable policy information.

What if I already opened a dispute?

Contact Collector Figures with your order number, account email, and dispute or case information. Collector Figures can review the order record and communicate where possible, but the final path may depend on the payment platform process, store policy, and available evidence.

Still need help?
