Your Crystal balance never expires. However, once you convert Crystals into a discount coupon, that coupon is valid for 90 days from the date of redemption.
No — when you apply Crystals as a discount at checkout, points are earned on the final amount after the Crystal discount is applied. This prevents a loop that would undermine the program’s integrity.
Share your unique referral link from your account dashboard. When a friend clicks your link and completes their first purchase, both of you receive 2,000 Crystals. There’s no limit on how many people you can refer.
Your tier is based on your lifetime accumulated Crystal balance — the total number of Crystals you have ever earned, not your current balance. Spending Crystals does not lower your tier.
Crystal reward coupons are set to individual use only and cannot be combined with other promotional coupons. They can be used on any eligible order including pre-orders.
If your order is cancelled or refunded, any Crystals earned from that order will be removed from your balance. Crystals from other activities (reviews, referrals, daily check-in) are not affected.
