Tiers are based on the Crystals you earn over your lifetime. Spending Crystals on rewards never lowers your tier — redemptions don’t reduce your lifetime earned total.

How do I start earning Crystals?
Create a free account and you’ll receive 500 welcome Crystals. After that, eligible store purchases earn 10 Crystals per $1 (calculated after discounts), and you can earn more from product reviews, referrals, your birthday, and daily check-ins. Collectorlog activation-code products don’t earn purchase Crystals.
Do Crystals expire?
No — your Crystal balance doesn’t expire under the current program rules, so you can save up for a bigger reward. Once you redeem Crystals for a discount coupon, that coupon expires 90 days after it’s issued.
Can I earn Crystals while redeeming them?
Not on the same order. An order paid with a Crystal discount coupon does not earn Crystals. To keep earning, use full-price orders to collect Crystals and save your coupon for a separate checkout.
How does the referral program work?
Share your referral link from your rewards page. When a new collector signs up through it and completes their first eligible order, you each earn 2,000 Crystals.
How are tiers determined?
Your tier is based on the total Crystals you earn over your lifetime — from Crystal Novice (0–2,999) up to Crystal Sovereign (50,000+). Redeeming Crystals never lowers your tier, because redemptions don’t reduce your lifetime earned total.
Can I combine a Crystal discount with other coupons?
No. Crystal discount coupons are single-use and non-stackable — they can’t be combined with other coupons or promotions, and only one coupon applies per order.
What happens to Crystals if I cancel or refund an order?
Crystals earned on an order can be removed if that order is later cancelled, refunded, or fails. If a refund affects Crystals you earned or spent, we adjust your balance accordingly. See the Return & Refund Policy.
Where can I view my Crystal balance?
Your balance, current tier, and available rewards are in My Account → Crystals & Rewards. You can redeem there or in your cart, and the discount applies at checkout.
