Most Collector Figures pre-orders are not standard in-stock purchases. Depending on the product page, you may be able to pay in full, place a deposit first, or use a fixed 5-month payment plan. International shipping is not included in the product price and is quoted separately after warehouse arrival.

Is the deposit option more expensive than full payment?
No. Full payment and deposit orders use the same product total before shipping.
Can I refund my deposit?
For standard deposit orders, the deposit can be fully refunded within 24 hours after payment. After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
Does the 5-month payment plan have a service fee?
Yes. The 5-month payment plan adds a 5% service fee, making the product payment total 105% of the product price.
Does the payment plan include international shipping?
No. International shipping is quoted separately after warehouse arrival.
What is final payment?
Final payment is the remaining product balance after a deposit order. It is not the same as the shipping quote.
When do I pay international shipping?
After the product reaches the warehouse or forwarding stage, Collector Figures calculates shipping based on actual package size, weight, destination, and available shipping methods.
What happens if I miss a balance payment or installment?
The order may be reviewed and may be treated as abandoned depending on the actual case and studio-side deadline.
