Selection method varies by event type. Random giveaways use a randomizer tool. Votes, challenges, and photo contests are judged by the CFS team based on criteria stated in the event rules.

Unless the event rules explicitly state otherwise, each person may enter once. Duplicate entries may be removed, and using multiple accounts can result in disqualification.

Crystal rewards are credited directly to your Collector Figures account after winner confirmation. Redemption follows the Crystal Rewards program terms.

Most events are open worldwide. If an event has geographic restrictions, they will be stated in the event rules. Physical prize shipping follows the standard shipping policy.
