This is TOR Studio’s take on one of Arale’s most beloved recurring visual gags — the “airplane arms” bit, where she runs with arms spread wide pretending to fly, making jet engine sounds — here evolved into a full pilot costume concept with a prop shark-mouth fighter plane standing in as her “aircraft.” TOR Studio leans into the absurdist logic of Penguin Village by dressing Arale in a teal aviator helmet, flight goggles pushed up, and orange gloves, then planting the olive-drab, star-marked plane squarely in her arms as if she’s both pilot and aircraft at once. The wide-open mouth, the enthusiastic wave, and the roller-skate detail on her feet all work together to nail that specific Arale energy — boundless, oblivious, and completely committed to the bit.
