Nyaruko is the titular character from the light novel and anime series, Haiyore! Nyaruko-san. As a Nyarlathotep, one of the chaotic Outer Gods from the Cthulhu Mythos, she arrives on Earth in the guise of a silver-haired girl to protect the human protagonist, Mahiro Yasaka. Her energetic and often obsessive personality provides a comedic twist on the cosmic horror themes from which she originates.
