CHARACTER ORIGIN
Minato Namikaze, the Fourth Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village in Masashi Kishimoto's Naruto, earned the moniker "Konoha's Yellow Flash" for his unmatched speed and mastery of the Flying Raijin technique. Kushina Uzumaki, his wife and the Nine-Tails' jinchuriki, was known for her fiery spirit and formidable chakra chains. This statue captures the devastating night of the Nine-Tails' attack on the Leaf Village — the moment Minato, kunai in hand and cloak billowing, reassures Kushina with "I'll be back soon" before teleporting into battle to protect their newborn son Naruto and the entire village, a promise sealed by sacrifice.
