CHARACTER ORIGIN
The Akatsuki is a clandestine organization of powerful rogue ninja, each a formidable S-rank criminal from their respective hidden villages. Initially formed with noble intentions, their methods twisted over time, leading them to hunt the powerful Tailed Beasts in pursuit of a new world order. Each member is instantly recognizable by their iconic black cloaks adorned with red clouds, a symbol of the rain of blood that fell upon their home village.
