Measuring approximately 38 × 14 × 24 cm with a dynamic wave-crash base, the piece is limited to 288 pieces. For collectors who grew up with these films, it’s less a statue and more a reunion.
CHARACTER ORIGIN
This piece draws from Wu Yu Studio's original crossover interpretation, gathering beloved characters from four of Hayao Miyazaki's most celebrated films — My Neighbor Totoro, Spirited Away, Howl's Moving Castle, and Ponyo on the Cliff. Rather than anchoring to a single scene, the composition imagines a shared moment of flight: Totoro commandeering a witch's broom, with Calcifer, Boh, Ponyo, Soot Sprites, and White Totoro along for the journey. It's the kind of impossible gathering that feels emotionally true to the warmth running through all of Miyazaki's work.
