This piece locks in on one of Arale’s quieter, more endearing registers โ not the earth-splitting punch or the N’Cha cannon, but the small-girl-with-a-big-book moment that reminds you she was originally written as curious and book-smart before the series leaned harder into chaos. The contrast between her absurd physical power and this completely ordinary, absorbed-in-reading pose is exactly the kind of gag Toriyama built the series on.
