Pre-Order Policy

a. Payment Plans
We offer two payment options for pre-orders:

| Payment Plan 2 | 5% deposit at checkout + 20% monthly for 5 months | 105% (includes 5% processing fee) |
Important Notes:
- Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated separately when your item arrives at our warehouse.
- The countdown for cancellation windows begins from payment confirmation, not order placement.
b. Pre-order Cancellation Policy

Payment Plan 2 Cancellation:
- All payments made are non-refundable, capped at 30% of the product price.
- Remaining unpaid installments will be cancelled.
Payment Processing Fees: All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee (approximately 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction), as these fees are not returned to us by our payment partners.
c. Balance Payment & Communication
When your pre-order item is ready to ship, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to arrange balance payment and shipping.
⚠️ Lost Contact Policy:
- After receiving balance payment notification, you must respond within 30 days.
- If you fail to respond to any communication within 30 days, your account will be considered lost contact.
- In such cases, Collector Figures reserves the right to dispose of the pre-order. All payments already submitted to the studio are non-refundable.
d. Studio Cancellation & Pre-order Failure
If the manufacturer cancels production or a pre-order fails due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., studio closure, production failure), you will receive:
- Full refund of all payments made
- Points earned from the order will not be deducted
e. Production Delays
Pre-order items are produced by third-party studios. Actual completion and shipping times are determined entirely by the studio. Collector Figures is not responsible for any delays, and cancellation requests due to delays will not be accepted.
f. Order Consolidation
If you have multiple pre-orders, you may request to combine shipments. Shipping costs will be recalculated based on the optimal packaging once all items arrive at our warehouse.
g. Non-Transferable Orders
All orders are non-transferable. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Ownership or rights cannot be transferred to another person.
