Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Collector Figures. Please read the following policy carefully before placing a pre-order. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Payment Plans

We offer two payment options for pre-orders:

Important Notes

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated separately when your item arrives at our warehouse. The countdown for cancellation windows begins from payment confirmation, not order placement.

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Payment Plan 2

The 24-hour cancellation window applies to your initial 5% deposit only. The following rules govern all cancellations under Payment Plan 2:

After 24 hours โ€” total paid exceeds 30% of product price Amounts up to 30% of product price are non-refundable. Any amount paid beyond 30% will be refunded, minus a 5% payment processing fee on the refunded portion. Remaining unpaid installments are cancelled.

Payment Processing Fees

All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable payment processing fee (approximately 4.4% + $0.30 per transaction), as these fees are not returned to us by our payment partners.

Please Note

The 24-hour cancellation window begins from the moment of payment confirmation, not from the time the order was placed. Once the window has passed, no exceptions to the cancellation terms above will be made.

Balance Payment & Communication

When your pre-order item is ready to ship, our team will contact you via WhatsApp or email to arrange balance payment and shipping.

Lost Contact Policy

After receiving your balance payment notification, you must respond within 30 days. If you fail to respond to any communication within this period, your account will be considered lost contact. In such cases, Collector Figures reserves the right to dispose of the pre-order. All payments already submitted to the studio are non-refundable.

Important

Please ensure your email address and WhatsApp number are kept up to date. If you anticipate being unavailable, contact us in advance to make alternative arrangements. Failure to respond within 30 days constitutes acceptance of the lost contact terms above.

Studio Cancellation & Pre-Order Failure

If the manufacturer cancels production or a pre-order fails due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., studio closure, production failure), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Any points earned from the order will not be deducted.

Production Delays

Pre-order items are produced by third-party studios. Actual completion and shipping times are determined entirely by the studio. Collector Figures is not responsible for any delays, and cancellation requests due to delays will not be accepted.

We will communicate the latest production timeline to you as soon as updates are received from the manufacturer.

Order Consolidation

If you have multiple pre-orders, you may request to combine shipments. Shipping costs will be recalculated based on the optimal packaging once all items arrive at our warehouse.

Please note that standard warehouse storage fees apply to any items awaiting consolidation beyond the 7-day free storage period. For full details on storage fees and consolidation terms, see our Shipping Policy.

Non-Transferable Orders

All orders are non-transferable. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. Ownership or rights cannot be transferred to another person.

Refund Processing
