It depends on the event. Social media giveaways (Discord, X, Instagram) typically do not require a Collector Figures account. However, website-exclusive events and any giveaway where the prize is Crystal rewards do require a registered account at collectorfigures.com.

Selection method varies by event type. Random giveaways use a verified randomizer tool. Votes, challenges, and photo contests are judged by the CFS team based on criteria stated in the event rules.

Unless the event rules explicitly state otherwise, each person may enter once. Duplicate entries will be removed. Using multiple accounts will result in disqualification.

Crystal rewards are credited directly to your Collector Figures account within 5 business days after winner confirmation. You must have a registered account. Redemption follows our standard Crystal Rewards program terms.

Most events are open worldwide. If a specific event has geographic restrictions, it will be clearly stated in the event rules. Physical prize shipping follows our standard Shipping Policy.
