In the manga's Chapter 135, Falco successfully flies to Fort Salta with Gabi and Annie, managing to transport the Scouts safely during the attack and retreat. That flight is the payoff of everything his arc had been building toward — the kid who dreamed of flying, whose very name means falcon, finally becoming exactly that.
