CHARACTER ORIGIN
Donquixote Doflamingo is one of the most iconic antagonists in Eiichiro Oda's One Piece — a former World Noble turned Warlord of the Sea, crime lord of Dressrosa, and user of the String-String Fruit, which grants him the power to manipulate people and matter like a puppeteer pulling invisible threads.
