ABOUT
Twin Dancers Dania captures YM Studio’s original dual-costume interpretation of Dania at 1/6 scale, presenting her either as the White version — long flowing gown, warm golden roses, and scattered sheet music rising from an ivory grand piano — or the Black version, a sharp contrast in dark tulle and blue roses atop an ebony piano, both sculpted with real fabric elements woven into the resin. Collectors who want the complete statement can display both figures together on their paired bases, a combination that few single-character releases make possible at this scale.
CHARACTER ORIGIN
This is YM Studio's original interpretation of Dania's dual nature — light and shadow rendered as two dancers sharing a single stage. What YM Studio emphasizes here is the contrast between serenity and tension: the White figure tilts back with open, drifting movement while the Black figure leans inward with controlled poise, and only when both are displayed together does the composition resolve into a single dialogue. The piano bases, dressed in opposing palettes of gold and blue roses, anchor each mood independently while making the pair feel designed for each other.
