CHARACTER ORIGIN
Son Goku — born Kakarot — is the central hero of the Dragon Ball franchise, a Saiyan raised on Earth whose relentless pursuit of strength has repeatedly pulled the universe back from the brink. Super Saiyan 4 is his most primal apex form, debuting in Dragon Ball GT when Goku harnesses the power of the Great Ape alongside his own Super Saiyan energy — red-furred, dark-haired, golden-eyed, and radiating a ferocity that feels older and wilder than any transformation that came before it.
