BB Girl Studio’s Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You statue beautifully renders the unlikely bond between salaryman Sasaki and the dual-natured Yamada in an atmospheric 1/6 scale scene. The deluxe pair edition showcases both figures in their iconic smoking poses, complete with intricate sculpting, layered paintwork, and dramatic lighting effects that highlight every fabric fold, hair strand, and subtle expression. For collectors who cherish slice-of-life character moments with genuine emotional depth, this limited run of just 168 pieces offers a refined, introspective addition that rewards close appreciation from every angle.
In the acclaimed manga Smoking Behind the Supermarket with You, overworked salaryman Sasaki finds rare solace after grueling days at his demanding job. Behind the supermarket, he shares quiet cigarette breaks with the enigmatic Tayama — unaware she is the same cheerful cashier Yamada whose bright smile lights up his routine visits to the checkout. This statue captures that intimate, smoke-filled moment of connection between the two, embodying the series' themes of hidden identities and small escapes from everyday pressures.
