CHARACTER ORIGIN
Usagi Tsukino and Chibiusa are the guardian duo at the heart of Naoko Takeuchi's Sailor Moon, a landmark magical-girl series that follows ordinary girls who transform into celestial warriors to protect Earth and the Silver Millennium's legacy. Chibiusa, Usagi's future daughter, arrives from the 30th century during the Black Moon arc and eventually awakens as Sailor Chibi Moon, fighting alongside her mother.
