The Anime Version’s light-up sword and illuminated transparent base cast the entire scene in that signature purple glow, while the Realistic Version offers a more painterly, portrait-driven presence. CHARACTER ORIGIN
Artoria Pendragon (Alter) — known to Western fans simply as Saber Alter — is the corrupted form of the legendary King of Knights from Type-Moon's Fate/stay night. Consumed by the darkness of the Holy Grail, she wields Excalibur Morgan, a black-and-crimson inversion of her noble sword, its chains of binding glowing like embers against the void. This piece captures her at her most sovereign and desolate: planted on a fractured battlefield, dark crystal energy erupting at her feet, war banners at her back — the precise image of a king who has surrendered everything except her will to dominate.
