CHARACTER ORIGIN
Leon Scott Kennedy is the central protagonist of Capcom's Resident Evil franchise, first appearing in Resident Evil 2 (1998) as a rookie Raccoon City police officer thrust into the outbreak on his very first day on the job. Over three decades of the series, he evolved from a survivor scrambling through the Spencer Mansion's shadow into a seasoned government agent carrying the weight of every soul he couldn't save. Lark Studio's "Requiem" interpretation places Leon at the thematic close of that arc — standing over the ruins of Raccoon City, rifle raised against the last of the dead, offering the city's fallen one final act of defiance and remembrance.
