Candy Studio’s 1/6 scale school-uniform figures of Rei Ayanami and Asuka Langley Soryu are offered as a single figure or as a two-figure set. Both wear a teal pinafore dress over a white short-sleeved blouse with a red ribbon tie. Rei has short pale blue hair and red eyes, and Asuka has long orange hair, red hair clips and blue eyes. Each is shown standing with her hands behind her back on a square base styled as wooden floorboards.
The outfit is the girls' uniform of Tokyo-3's First Municipal Junior High School, which both pilots wear in everyday school scenes instead of their plugsuits. The figures keep the hair clips each character wears as her interface headset: white for Rei and red for Asuka.
