Flying Birds Studio’s Moon Maiden Columbina Hyposelenia captures her seated on a crescent moon base in a pose of quiet, ethereal stillness — hands raised, gaze either closed in reverie or open in a soft, knowing look depending on the version chosen. At 1/6 scale with a globally limited run of 128 pieces and paint by phonic, the translucent gradient crescent and layered resin construction make this one of the more technically demanding Columbina pieces on the market. A 128-unit ceiling means this one won’t be a shelf-filler for anyone.

SCENE NOTESThis piece centers on Columbina's identity as Kuutar, the Moon Goddess venerated by the Frostmoon Scions of Nod-Krai — a side of her that exists apart from the Harbinger persona and carries a quieter, more mythic weight. Flying Birds Studio frames that duality through posture rather than action: she sits cradled within the crescent, legs folded loosely, hands lifted as if holding something only she can perceive. The two portrait options extend that reading in opposite directions — the closed-eye sculpt leans into the lunar deity at rest, while the open-eye sculpt with its soft, slightly distant gaze brings forward the knowing quality that makes her unsettling in the source material. The translucent crescent base, shifting from cool blue at the tips into deep violet at the base, does the heavy lifting as an environmental element, and the Version D blank cast is a clear nod to customizers who want to work with phonic's underlying sculpt directly.
