    Elbaf Luffy captures the Straw Hat captain in his full Elbaf arc warrior outfit — horned viking helmet, layered red feather cape, leather belt and skirt, fur-trimmed boots, and an axe resting across his back — rendered as a standing, arms-crossed pose that reads composed authority rather than mid-fight energy. Elbaph Studio built this 99-edition piece at 24 cm tall using imported resin and imported PU, with two interchangeable portrait sculpts giving collectors a direct choice between a battle-focused serious expression and the signature wide grin. As the announced first entry in a planned Elbaf series, this piece carries the additional weight of being the anchor figure for a full lineup — which either makes it the most considered buy in the set, or the one you regret skipping first.

    This piece locks in the moment Luffy and a handful of the Straw Hat crew arrive on Elbaf and are found wearing giant-culture warrior attire — new clothes similar to those worn by the Elbaf giants — before the arc’s larger conflicts unfold. More than any of his crewmates, Luffy’s outfit personifies Elbaf’s warrior culture, with every element from the horned helmet to the fur-lined boots fully embracing the island’s traditional aesthetic. Elbaph Studio chose to render this not as a combat pose but as a standing, arms-crossed stance — the posture of someone who has already sized up the room — pairing it with two portrait options that let the collector decide whether this Luffy is calculating his next move or simply enjoying the moment. The straw hat’s notable absence, replaced by the horned viking helmet, is itself a visual statement the studio leans into rather than softens.
