The second statue in the Demon Slayer Suit Series, from DS Studio and SUPERHERO Studio, shows Kokushibo in modern clothes instead of samurai dress. He sits on a bar stool with one shoe on the footrest. His gloved hand holds a black jacket over his shoulder, and he wears a purple shirt and dark tie. He has two interchangeable heads. One is the six-eyed Upper Moon face, and the other has two eyes and a red mark on the forehead.

Kokushibo was Michikatsu Tsugikuni before he became Upper Moon One. The release comes with his line asking Yoriichi, his twin brother, why he was born into this world. Having one head with six eyes and one with two eyes gives the figure both of the faces he is known by.
