The Juvia Lockser statue surrounds the figure with layered translucent-blue water forms that rise from a broken-stone base and curl around a gnarled central tree. The effects occupy much of the full silhouette, creating an open spiral instead of a compact backdrop. Water continues around the rear of the tree, giving the composition substantial depth from multiple viewing angles.
Juvia Lockser is a water mage from Fairy Tail, and this interpretation uses a broad spellcasting arrangement rather than identifying a specific canon scene. One arm reaches overhead while the other opens at her side; her shouting expression and windswept hair reinforce the upward movement. A long blue coat, fur-trimmed hat and scarf place the design in a cold-weather setting that complements her elemental theme.
