ABOUT
Rod Sullivan presents the Ice Scream: Horror Neighborhood antagonist in his ice cream vendor uniform, standing forward with the cracked mascot mask opened into a snarling expression. HIGHT KING Studio gives the 20 cm figure a compact footprint, with scuffed apron paint, stained clothing, and a simple round base keeping the focus on the character. It reads well as a tight horror-game shelf anchor.
CHARACTER ORIGIN

The display catches Rod Sullivan in the unnerving pause before he closes distance, with one hand drifting forward and the mask frozen in a warped, open-mouthed grin. That contrast between childish ice cream branding and threat is the character’s whole pressure point. HIGHT KING Studio stages the figure so that the dirty apron, cracked head shell, red cheeks, and small vendor details push the horror through familiar shapes rather than oversized effects.
