CHARACTER ORIGIN
Isaac Netero serves as the 12th Chairman of the Hunter Association, a figure whose seemingly frail and eccentric exterior conceals immense power honed through decades of relentless martial arts training. His ultimate Nen ability, the 100-Type Guanyin Bodhisattva, is a devastating manifestation of his gratitude and prayer, capable of delivering attacks faster than the speed of sound. This technique represents the absolute pinnacle of his strength, unleashed only against the most formidable of foes.
