GuGu Studio’s Groudon stands upright with its jaws open, showing rows of teeth. Its clawed forearms are raised, and the tail sweeps out behind it. The back, limbs and head carry segmented armor-like plating with black seam lines and white spikes, over a pale grey-violet underside. The figure comes in two colorways: an Original Color version with red plating and a Shiny Color version with green plating. The Shiny Color version has a smaller announced run.
In the Pokémon games, a Shiny Pokémon is a rare alternate coloring of the same species. Groudon's shiny form swaps its usual red for green, and the Shiny Color version follows that coloring.
