ABOUT
Cross Studio’s 1/6 release depicts Ichigo Kurosaki at the first signs of Hollowfication. Broad, ragged effect sheets wrap across the torso and spread behind the figure in overlapping layers, while several narrow spike-like forms break through near one shoulder. The upright posture gives the composition a measured stillness, with most of its movement carried by the expanding effect work.
CHARACTER ORIGIN
In Bleach, Ichigo’s Hollow mask marks his use of the dangerous power within him while he fights to remain in control. The portrait centers that tension through a fully covered face, a low cloth wrap across the brow, and bright orange hair visible at the sides. His black shihakusho and clenched hands keep the design grounded in his Soul Reaper identity rather than tying it to a specifically named battle.
