ABOUT
Death Charge Erwin Smith captures the Commander mid-gallop at the Battle of Shiganshina — mounted, screaming, surging forward into a wall of Titan fingers with no intention of coming back. At 65 cm tall and spanning 67 cm wide, ModelPower Studio built this as a full environmental scene: a rearing white warhorse, a rocky battlefield base erupting with hardened Titan appendages, and a separate bust portrait included alongside the main statue. The sheer physical footprint and the dual-display configuration make this one of the most compositionally ambitious Erwin pieces in the GK space.
CHARACTER ORIGIN
SCENE NOTESThis is the moment Erwin leads the Survey Corps on a near-suicidal frontal charge against the Beast Titan at Shiganshina — a deliberate sacrifice designed to create an opening for Levi, with Erwin fully aware that most of the soldiers riding beside him, including himself, would not survive it. That willingness to spend everything, including his own life and his lifelong dream, is what makes the charge one of the series' most emotionally loaded sequences. ModelPower Studio frames it at the precise instant before impact: the horse rearing through crumbling earth, Titan fingers erupting from every angle like a closing trap, and Erwin leaning forward with his jaw open mid-battle cry — not a heroic pose, but a man who has already made his peace and is simply seeing it through. The standalone bust doubles down on that expression, isolating the raw, unfiltered face of the charge at close range.
