CHARACTER ORIGIN
Spandam is a recurring antagonist known for his roles within the World Government's intelligence agencies, Cipher Pol No. 9 and later, Cipher Pol Aigis Zero. Infamous for his cowardly yet cruel nature, he often relies on the power of others and his unique elephant-sword, Funkfreed, to assert his authority.
