ABOUT
YingHuo Studio’s CP Series 003 is a two-part 1/7 release pairing a tall San and Ashitaka composition with a separate Forest Spirit display. The main arrangement builds vertically from a rocky environmental base, while the smaller companion figure uses a low, compact silhouette on its own rectangular plinth.
CHARACTER ORIGIN
In Princess Mononoke, San and Ashitaka recover the Forest Spirit’s severed head during the final crisis and lift it together to return it. Blood markings, worn clothing, and Ashitaka’s supporting arm keep the emphasis on exhaustion and cooperation rather than victory. The companion Forest Spirit is rendered as a crouched black-purple creature with irregular branch-like projections and pooled glossy forms, extending the release’s darker interpretation of the forest deity.
