CHARACTER ORIGIN
Chi is the central figure of Chobits, CLAMP's manga and anime series set in a near-future Tokyo where humanoid computers called Persocoms are part of everyday life. Found discarded in a pile of trash by the earnest Hideki Motosuwa, Chi is revealed to be a Chobit — a legendary Persocom capable of genuine emotion and independent thought.
