Caught by the Wave Wakamo Kosaka renders Blue Archive’s fox-eared Wakamo mid-beach, kneeling in her floral bikini as a sculpted wave crests behind her — the Archive Series concept of a sudden splash catching her off guard, rendered in 1/6 scale by Scarlet Studio. Version A pairs the figure with a clear resin wave base and ornate cylindrical plinth; Version B swaps in a plush fur blanket base for a softer, more intimate display. Each version is limited to 199 pieces, and the swappable head system gives collectors genuine display flexibility without buying a second figure.

CHARACTER ORIGIN

The Archive Series concept frames this as the moment a wave breaks unexpectedly — Wakamo, usually composed and predatory in demeanor, caught flustered and wide-eyed at the shore. What Scarlet Studio emphasizes here is the contrast between her fox-spirit intensity and a rare, unguarded vulnerability: the startled expression head captures that split second of surprise, while the standard head lets collectors lean into a more composed reading of the same pose. The wave base in Version A makes the environmental storytelling literal, the curl of translucent resin framing her from behind like a closing trap she didn't see coming.
