ArtOtakuHome’s Contrast Art Series drops Doraemon into the last silhouette anyone expected — a shredded, eight-pack physique that plays the iconic round body against bulging biceps and a fully defined core, cast in resin and imported PU at 18 cm. Two poses cover the range: Version 1 plants fists on hips in a power stance, Version 2 throws both arms into a full double bicep flex. The visual gag lands harder in three dimensions than it has any right to, and that’s the whole point of this series.

CHARACTER ORIGIN

This is ArtOtakuHome's original concept piece from their Contrast Art Series — a deliberate subversion of one of the most recognizable character silhouettes in all of manga. The joke is architectural: the head, collar bell, and red nose are rendered with complete fidelity to the source design, while everything from the neck down has been rebuilt with hypertrophied muscle anatomy. Version 1 reads as confident self-satisfaction — hands locked on hips, core on full display. Version 2 escalates to an unambiguous flex, arms raised, the double bicep pose leaving nothing to the imagination. ArtOtakuHome's sculpting choice to keep the face expression neutral-to-smug rather than straining sells the bit completely.
