This beautifully compact vignette captures Chihiro’s vulnerable courage at the start of her journey. Her wide eyes and clenched fists perfectly convey that unforgettable first encounter with the magical inhabitants of the spirit world. Presented on a premium FAS-grade black walnut base and limited to only 168 pieces, this is a quietly powerful tribute to the moment a lost girl began to find her strength.
This piece portrays a young girl at the very beginning of an unexpected and perilous journey. After wandering into a mysterious, abandoned amusement park, she finds herself trapped in a world of ancient gods, spirits, and strange creatures, forced to work in a grand bathhouse to survive and find a way to rescue her parents.
