Hudie Studio’s Betsumon captures the Digimon franchise’s most gloriously self-aware trickster — frozen mid-strut in his patchwork Gatomon disguise, oversized Agumon claws and all. At approximately 10 cm, every stitched seam and layered paint gradient is rendered by hand, making each piece subtly one-of-a-kind. For collectors who appreciate character-driven sculpts with genuine personality, this is a rare studio interpretation of one of Digimon’s most overlooked gems.
CHARACTER ORIGIN
Betsumon is a Rookie-level Digimon from the Digimon franchise, notorious as the self-proclaimed "master of disguise" who dons a handmade Gatomon costume — complete with a stitched mask and borrowed Agumon claws — in a comically transparent attempt to pass as other Digimon. The character's entire identity is built around this layered deception: a Digimon pretending to be a Digimon, wearing the aesthetic of two fan-favorite creatures at once. Hudie Studio's sculpt leans directly into that absurdist charm, freezing Betsumon mid-strut in full costume as if caught in the act.
