loveHolic Studio’s Beauty in the Bath translates Mai Yoneyama’s original illustration into a fully realized 1/7 scale scene — Asuka Langley Soryu reclined in a clawfoot bathtub, red plaid lingerie, dark stockings, a wine bottle in hand, and a small Rei doll tucked beside her. At 22 cm wide across a complete environmental diorama base, the piece commits to the full scene rather than isolating the figure, and a tactile skin-finish coat sets the skin rendering apart from standard painted PVC. With an edition of just 100 pieces, this one is genuinely hard to replace once it’s gone.

SCENE NOTESThis is loveHolic Studio's three-dimensional interpretation of Mai Yoneyama's original illustration — not a scene pulled directly from the series, but a mood piece that draws on everything the character carries: the performance of confidence, the private unraveling underneath it. loveHolic chose to build the entire environmental context rather than strip it to a figure on a base — the tiled wall, the brass faucet, the scattered rose petals, the wine, and the small Rei doll all stay in frame, making the display read less like a statue and more like a still from something you weren't supposed to see. The expression — cool, slightly unfocused, gaze drifting — does the real work, and the tactile skin-finish coat pulls the eye to the figure itself even within all that scene detail.
