The bath is one of Yidhari’s two established personal sanctuaries — a private ritual she uses to quiet the relentless flood of memories and sensory noise that defines her day-to-day existence. YaoMengMeng Studio builds the entire piece around that stillness: the reclined pose is deliberately unhurried, her expression carrying a soft, slightly mischievous warmth rather than the weight she carries in combat. The tentacles, rather than reading as threatening, drape and curl over the tub’s edge in a way that feels natural and unguarded — the most relaxed version of a character who is rarely either. The small octopus companion tucked into the foam and the iridescent bubble piece reinforce the playful, private quality of the moment without undercutting the craftsmanship of the sculpt itself.
