Armed Hibiki captures the Oni warrior at the peak of his power — armored suit rendered in a deep, shift-reactive purple developed by LB Studio across more than ten rounds of spray application and three months of color calibration. The 41 cm figure pairs that iridescent suit finish against a cool-toned forest base, with detachable Ongekiko drum effect parts that let you configure the display for cabinet depth. At an edition size of 88, the piece is built around a single, obsessive paint decision that separates it from every flat-purple Hibiki piece on the market.
CHARACTER ORIGIN
SCENE NOTESArmed Hibiki represents the form Hibiki achieves at the height of his Oni power — the armored upgrade that the series frames as carrying the strongest sound-based abilities of any Oni in Japan, first introduced in the theatrical film before appearing in episodes 29 and 30 of the TV series. The weight of that moment is in the stillness: this is not mid-strike, it is the breath before the Ongekibou Rekka lands. LB Studio chose to hold that tension in a grounded, upright stance — Ongekibou in hand, Disc Animals orbiting wide — letting the iridescent purple suit do the expressive work that a dynamic pose would otherwise carry. The cool forest base pulls the palette in the opposite direction, making the warm-shifted armor read hotter by contrast, which is exactly the visual logic the Oni design language calls for.
