ABOUT

Zoldyck Studio distills the most emotionally devastating relationship in Hunter x Hunter into a life-size, 66-piece limited diorama standing 174 cm with base. Meruem’s iridescent carapace — shifting between deep teal and violet — contrasts beautifully with Komugi’s soft, muted tones, while the fully detailed Gungi board and scattered books ground the scene in lived-in authenticity. An interchangeable arm option for Meruem and a magnetic logo plaque add thoughtful display versatility to a piece that captures stillness at the edge of heartbreak.

CHARACTER ORIGIN

Meruem is the King of the Chimera Ants in Yoshihiro Togashi's Hunter x Hunter, born as the most powerful biological weapon on earth yet gradually transformed by a blind Gungi prodigy named Komugi. Their countless matches in the East Gorteau palace became the emotional heart of the Chimera Ant arc — a creature designed only to conquer finding the one opponent he could never defeat, and in that failure, discovering tenderness. This statue freezes the quiet intimacy of those sessions: Meruem seated cross-legged with a book in hand, Komugi placing a piece on the board between them, the air heavy with an unspoken bond neither fully understands.
